Our high jump squad had a fantastic training evening last week when triple-Olympian Morgan Lake turned up to run a training session alongside our usual coach Rob Wright. Plenty of ideas and inspiration for the jumpers and Morgan took time to talk to many of the other athletes and a very enthusiastic group of junior athletes who’d clearly been doing their homework and were armed with questions and answers.
