Our Junior Athletes (Years 5 & 6) started strength and conditioning sessions online via Zoom. With limited numbers able to return to the track due to the government restrictions still in place, coaches Petra and Zoe Carroll have put together a programme for their group to help them develop in this important area. The first session did require a little learning about the technical stuff including making sure the camera angle could pick up athletes when working on the floor but overall, it was a great success. This is another example of the club reaching out to our athletes during this period when activity has been so restricted. Thank you to Petra and Zoe for setting this up and well done to everybody who took part.
