The SAL team enjoyed a fine end to the season with a resounding win in the final match of the season. Undaunted by the long trip to King’s Lynn the team scored good points across the board with several double firsts in both A and B strings in several events.

The team dominated the match scoring 250 points to beat the home club by a whopping 81 points.

The scores were

Dacorum 250

Royston Runners 179

Victoria Park & Tower Hamlets 165

Woodford Green & Essex Ladies 99

With this result, the club will finish comfortably in the top half of Division 2 East but miss out on promotion.

Very well done to all who competed today and to everyone who has represented the club this season.
